Body

• Wet your entire body with water before applying soap.
• Rub the soap in your hands and lather it up, then apply it all over your body using gentle, circular motions.
• Cleanse your body thoroughly to remove any dead skin.
• After washing your body, rinse off all the soap residue completely with water.

Hair

• Massage hair oil into your scalp and lengths of hair for 2 minutes. Leave it for 30 minutes for best results.
• Gently wash your hair with the hair cleanser. Massage the cleanser into your scalp and hair lengths for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water.
• Apply hair serum evenly onto damp hair covering the entire length.
• Repeat the above routine daily for best results.

Skin

• Wash your face and neck with the Anti Acne Face Wash in circular motions. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
• Apply the Skin Repair Disinfectant liquid on a cotton pad and wipe your face and neck gently. 
• Take 2 drops of the Face Serum and apply evenly all over your face and neck.
• At night, apply the Nectar of youth sleep mask all over your face and neck and leave it on overnight.
• Nectar of youth sleep mask, is recommended to be used only at night
