Step 1: 

• Apply sufficient amount of hair oil onto your scalp and hair lengths and massage in circular motions.
• Leave the oil on for 30 minutes.

Step 2:

• Wet your hair thoroughly before applying shampoo
• Apply a generous amount of shampoo to your hair and scalp
• Massage the shampoo into your hair and scalp using circular motions with your fingertips
• Work up a rich lather and rinse your hair well
• For excessive dirt or oil, wash your hair twice with shampoo

Notes:

• Recommended to use the oil 4 times a week, and the cleanser 2 - 3 times a week for optimal results.
