• Wet your entire body with water before applying soap.
• Rub the soap in your hands and lather it up, then apply it all over your body using gentle, circular motions.
• Cleanse your body thoroughly to remove any dead skin.
• After washing your body, rinse off all the soap residue completely with water.
• Apply a generous amount of shampoo to your hair and scalp.
• Massage the shampoo into your hair and scalp using circular motions with your fingertips.
• Work up a rich lather and rinse your hair well.
• For excessive dirt or oil, wash your hair twice with shampoo. Repeat this hair washing 2-3 times a week.
